LionTutors "How it Works" Infographic for website

Story to tell in the infographic
We are going into our 12th year of business and we have become somewhat of an institution in State College, PA (where Penn State University is located). Historically, all of our review sessions were live and in-person at our downtown location. The size of a typical review was anywhere between 10 - 200 students, depending on the class. However, we are being forced to make major changes to our business in response to covid (and PSU's reaction to covid). One of the major changes that we are making is that we are now going to allow our customers to choose between a live in-person review and an on-demand video review. Fall 2020 will be our first semester offering the on-demand video review option. Since our processes have become significantly more complicated with the addition of our on-demand video reviews, we are looking to present the "how it works" of our business in a way that is digestible and as clear as possible for customers and potential customers.
Data to include in the infographic
We've attached a table from our initial brainstorming session that includes all of the information that we'd like to include.
Elements to include in the infographic
We are currently thinking that we would like to embed this infographic on the "services" page of LionTutors. We would like all of this information to be presented in a way that customers can get a really good idea of "how it works" without needing to sit there and read through long bullet points or paragraphs.
Please don't hesitate to let us know if there is any additional information that we could provide you with that would be helpful.
