chrisWk got their new infographic by running a design contest:
We need an infographic that shows the emotional state of the workforce in 2020

Story to tell in the infographic
Our infographic is showcasing the 2020 Emotional State of the Workforce. It will show how workers felt during the pandemic and how our 7:47 Gratitude Experience positively impacted them.
Data to include in the infographic
The average emotions at the start of a 7:47 Gratitude Experience = 2.79, standard deviation = 1.63 (on a 1-5 scale with 1 being very negative, 2 being negative, 3 being neutral, 4 being positive, and 5 being very positive) The average of emotions at end of a 7:47 Gratitude Experience = 4.52, standard deviation = 0.61 Most commonly said emotions before a 7:47 Gratitude Experience: tired, anxious, overwhelmed Most commonly said emotions after a 7:47 Gratitude Experience: grateful, connected, happy Top values said at a 7:47 Gratitude Experience: love, honesty, loyalty In 2020 we produced, 145 experiences, serving over 3,000 people. Data for emotions before and after graphs: Before graph, 1 = 1,322, 2 = 406, 3 = 252, 4 = 802, 5 = 748 After graph, 1 = 0, 2 = 7, 3 = 134, 4 = 1,204, 5 = 1,842 (1 = very negative, 2 = negative, 3 = neutral, 4 = positive, and 5 = very positive) (^^See attached pdf for example of these graphs)
Elements to include in the infographic
We would like 2 bar graphs to showcase the number of negative and positive emotions said before and after a 7:47 Gratitude Experience. One graph showcasing the emotions before and the other showcasing the emotions after. If you prefer to make another kind of graph that you think would work better with the data, you can - we are open to new ideas. You could potentially make a histogram that shows the distribution of the emotions before and after and that highlights the averages and standard deviations. So these numbers, Before graph, 1 = 1,322, 2 = 406, 3 = 252, 4 = 802, 5 = 748 (average = 4.52, standard deviation = 0.61). After graph, 1 = 0, 2 = 7, 3 = 134, 4 = 1,204, 5 = 1,842 (average = 4.52, standard deviation = 0.61). A unique way to show the top emotions said before and after and values said. In previous infographics, we've used word clouds but anything creative would be fantastic!
Please refer to the example pdf and our brand guidelines pdf when creating the infographic. We are looking for something clean and simple that displays the data in a visually fun way.
