First and foremost. You'll see that there is a great deal of copy presented below. Please know we want to simplify this message as much as possible. Therefore, feel free to eliminate or replace much of the copy with icons.
The graphic of a tree (uploaded below) was just designed in our logo contest. It represents that we help grow relationships for rescues and help find homes for rescue pets and should be included in the info graphic.
We like the idea of all of the below growing up into the "tree," but we are very open minded. Feel free to use a tree or an entirely different concept. Clarity is the goal.
The infographic/flowchart should illustrate the following steps.
1. Every year millions of cats and dogs enter rescues in the US.
2. An estimated four million cats and dogs are euthanized every year.
3. That's approximately 1 death every 8 seconds.
4. Photographer Andrew Grant wanted to do something to help reduce those numbers (i.e., homeless pet population and number of euthanizations).
5. in 2009 Photographer Andrew produced a coffee table book to raise money for pet rescues and bring awareness to this tragedy.
6. Rover became a big hit after being featured on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
7. Andrew is now producing a new edition of Rover.
8. Rover visits rescues across the country and selects deserving organizations to benefit

Here’s how it works....
1. You and your dog decide to team up to help homeless pets.
2. You submit a photo of your dog.
3. If selected, your donation of $10,000 is made to one of 25 rescues we supportnationwide.
4. Andrew photographs your dog in a studio near you (Rover is on a nationwide tour) AND a dog currently living in a rescue.
5. A photo of your dog and the homeless dog is featured in the next edition of Rover.
6. The rescue uses the photo to help get the homeless dog you help adopted.
7. Your donation is used to support comprehensive spaying and neutering programs.
8. Your dog is immortalized in a book and a hero to a homeless pet!
9. You share your Rover experience with friends to help raise more money and the "tree continues to grow."
10. The Rover book is sold nationwide and illustrates that healthy, smart and beautiful dogs are available for adoption. Mention that more than 40% of dogs in rescues are purebreds.
