Infographic/Algorithm for ER doctors to improve patient care

This will be a hybrid of an infographic and an algorithm The product will be a template I use throughout my book for each complaint.  I need my algorithms spiced up and more readable. I want the reader to be drawn in to want to read the algorithm, then I want them to be led through the steps of the algorithm. Each graphic should retain the basic format of the example given: 1. Step 1, Step 2 etc… which is the heading of each step, I want this to stand out 2. Under each step there is a differential diagnosis (list of possible diagnoses) 3. Then there is a box showing History and Physical exam results 4. Then there is a critical action box (blue) Each of these should be different, in or out of some type of box.

I would like an icon associated to each box (e.g. treatment can have a syringe etc…), Please use svg format, I will use illustrator and import these into Lucidchart.

I have attached several examples of the algorithms I will use this as a template for all the other algorithms that are made (50+) so each element has to be easy to work with and move around The book is actually 5 x 8in I don't have any particular colors in mind at this time but it would need to be something that doesn't class too much with the primary colors. The title on each page is a different color according to the organ system involved (eg Cardiac is red).
