Inspector Dizzy set the bar high and I will absolutely work with him again! He created an imaginative and sophisticated design that was perfect for our new organization. Aside from that, he was a pleasure to work with throughout the handover process, answering questions, editing as needed and providing all of the file types necessary to set us up for success. Story to tell in the infographic
We need a graphic illustration that shows the path that shoppers take when shopping online. It's well known that 98% of shoppers don't buy something the first time they visit a store page. We want something that shows the "pathway to a purchase" - starting with the discovery phase ("I found it"), then shows the shopper scatter and open several browsers looking to see if the product is cheaper at several sites, putting it on pinterest, bookmarking it, adding it to their cart and abandoning it all while burning time. Later they may see an item on sale in a flyer (if any retailer is lucky enough to make the magic moment happen of consumer interest meets purchase intent)...and this is what causes the 98% loss rate. Most of this is caused because the ONLY tool on most shopping sites is the "Buy" or "Add to cart" button - leaving true shoppers with NO way to show their interest in buying a product - therefore that interest is lost completely. We're trying to show a different path (parallel to this) that would be if a site put a "Watch Item" button on their pages, which captured the shoppers interest, when the price drops later (hour/day/week), it shoots an email to the person, and BOOM more and more sales happen, and reduces the amount of time/energy shoppers have to spend doing the online chaos/dance in order to simply shop online.

You could do some screen shots from our site (trackif.com) if you want to do that - but we'd like the design to be more conceptual (like a process flow/game board) that shows them losing customers, and if they put TrackIF into their site, the funnel/amount of won customers would explode :) Not too cartoony - as this will be for a business audience, so it has to be something that would be presentable. Again, best if this would be placeable into a PPT slide initially, and possibly a PDF file to show full version.
