Story to tell in the infographic
The infographic needs to communication to company leaders how our Front End Innovation system works. We're targeting mid and large sized organizations (any industry except those that compete with us).
Data to include in the infographic
It does not need to necessarily contain the numbers in most cases, but it needs to illustrate roughly how many people are involved and the duration of the steps and the overall Front End Innovation (FEI) "Wave" (total of ~4 months).
Elements to include in the infographic
I have provided you with a process flow chart. What we are trying to do is create a much more visually compelling way to communication what's going on. All the words I shared in the PDF do not need to be on the infographic. I'm just providing them so that you will understand what we're talking about so you can bring the process to life with imagery.
I have a video of me presenting the basic version of the flow chart using language like I will use when talking through the infographic with interested leadership teams. It's posted here: https://eurekaranch.app.box.com/file/868262341487?s=bs3exlv1tfemud9xesfaym2uvc4wd5ey (password: XYZEureka). It's fairly long, so no worries if you do not find it helpful. I will also upload the 3 slides that I talk through in the video, so you can just look at that if you prefer. The infographic can be legal or tabloid paper-sized or larger would be fine as long as a scaled down version of the infographic looks nice on one or more a Widescreen slides (16:9). If you think multiple pages/slides would communicate the process better, feel free to do that, or have one tall infographic that I can break up later. It's a bunch of steps so don't be constrained by one slide. I like the range of process/flow type of designs here (either sketches or icon type images would work): https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/cincytakesonpoverty/
