Goal: To show internal recruiters and hiring managers the time that we save, and added value our process provides, during the candidate vetting process.
The LaunchSource vetting process has multiple stages, including the following:
Final Interview and Presentation
Outcome: Our solution allows us deliver the TOP 5% of candidates from a pool of hundreds of applicants. It’s this top quality we provide to our clients week over week.
At each of the 5 stages listed above, we narrow the pool of candidates more and more so that only the best are passed to the internal recruiter (and/or hiring manager).
One of the biggest benefits we provide is cutting out many of the earlier stages in the hiring process for our clients, allowing them to focus their time on the top quality of candidates - the ones they want to be speaking with. The remaining stages in a typical hiring process where our clients can put their time to include:
Presentation or Assignment (if applicable) (Personality Evaluation)
In Person Interview with key stakeholders
Offer made/Hire complete
Additional Comments: The message we want to convey is that we are saving these internal recruiters time and resources the would normally spend on the early stages, leaving them with only very qualified candidates to review.
We are thinking of this as some sort of linear flow graphic made for web. It would have to fit above the fold on a standard 13-inch screen. We would require the raw files as well in case of future manipulation.
Optional: We would also be interested in a coded version so that text was readable via a web-crawler rather that embedded in the image.
