I have attached an image of how the processes differ. The different shapes for the CVs is just an example of how they can be so different (some are short, some are long, some have photos...)
The stakeholders are the people involved in the recruitment process. The question mark implies it doesn't always happen. ..
Obviously, we want one process to look like spaghetti and the other to look very simple.
