We would like to highlight the good work that the Cincinnati coalition has been doing over the last 5 years in reducing substance abuse as well as highlighting the total participation over time. We would like to focus on the number of students not using drugs.
Data to include in the infographic
Since 1999 PreventionFIRST! has surveyed over 430,000 students in Cincinnati and the surrounding areas. In the last 10 years the number of students who do not drink alcohol regularly (past 30 day use) has gone from 82.4% in 2007, 83.9% in 2009, 84.5% 2011, 84.4% 2013, 85.6% 2015 In the last 10 years the number of students who do not smoke cigarettes regularly (past 30 day use) has gone from 88.6% in 2007, 89.4% in 2009, 90.4% 2011, 90.1% 2013, 91.7% 2015 Students reporting that the never or seldom get into trouble at school has gone from 77.5% in 2007, 79.2% in 2009, 81.7% 2011, 84.6% 2013, 85.3% 2015 2015-16 data shows Where students report using marijuana At home 4.9% At School 1.1% In a car 4.2% At a friend's house 8.5% Parties 6% Other 4.2% When students report using marijuana Before School 2.2% During School 1.1% After School 4.2% Weeknights 4.2% Weekends 10.6%
Elements to include in the infographic
We want to congratulate them on their 20th anniversary. So some wording like "Congratulations from Pride Surveys to PreventionFIRST! on 20 years of serving the community." Blue background a) Prevention First is printed web offset on coated stock. Follow AAAA recommended standards for offset printing. b) Prevention First is printed direct to plate. We also accept ads as digital files. Preferred formats are QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. All fonts and related art must be included. Also, all art (photographs, illustrations...) must be at least 350 dpi and all linescreen art (logos...) must be at least 800 dpi. PDF files are the preferred format. We are not able to manipulate PDF files to correct colors or low resolution images. Final reproduction quality is contingent on sharpness of material furnished. c) Proofing: One proof for i.d. purposes is required. Match AAAA Color rotation is cyan, magenta, yellow, black. Color density of total colors is not to exceed 260 percent with no more than one color being solid.
