Each panel or panel set will show a risky situation and the individual or risk of the situation being diffused. The core goal is to use these images to motivate better computer security choices, or at least bad choices taken with an awareness that the risk exists.
The four basic concepts to communicate are the 1) criminal mischievous low-level property crime, 2) burglary, 3) risk of disease, and 4) damage to community. Each of these should have three examples (of one to four panels) with increasing risk evident.
