Story to tell in the infographic
Transferring an ISA from one provider to another can take time and has multiple steps. As a consequence, we want to make sure that our users can easily understand who, what and how long the process and its steps will be. Make sure that the reader can quickly see what takes time and that some scale is present (i.e. longer steps look bigger/longer) The flow can be vertical or horizontal (i.e. horizontal for desktop, vertical for mobile). Feel free to reduce text if you can convey the same message. That there are 3 main steps to transferring an ISA to Zopa, that it takes a few days to complete each step. Some bits are up to Zopa to do but other steps require your old ISA manager to process

This graphic will be used on our website (mostly desktop and mobile traffic) www.zopa.com/lending as well as emails to our lenders. The selected final design should be provided in .ai Submitted designs should show how the graphic would look on both mobile and desktop. There is no corporate identity to be followed, however since it will have to fit on our site and emails, you will need to ensure that your still follows our theme.
