Story to tell in the infographic
The graphic has to make visible that eFrexx is not a forwarder. That we are completely independent from any forwarder. The difficulty for us is to make clear for possible prospects that we are completely shipper-centric and that this is the main differentiator to our competitors, who are more forwarder-centric. eFrexx is focussed on the benefits of the shipper. Second issue is to show the benefits of the closed community with an individualized portal on the shipper’s CI/CD compared with a crowded, more chaotic freight exchange with an ebay approach. It is important that the shippers are in a comfortable zone, where they have the full control and that they cannot be manipulated. We want to make clear that eFrexx reduces the freight costs significantly for shippers more than 30% and process costs about 80%. It has to show that our business model is based on monthly revenues for providing the portals and that our customers have no invest in Software, Hardware or Infrastructure. Their data are save on servers here in Germany and the data security laws of Germany. It’s an all-inclusive happy package for our customers. Each portal is up and running in 24h. And we offer a 30-day trial under life condition at no costs for our prospect.
