How to Assemble a FastBack System Infographic
Check out jparker4's Infographic contest…
Story to tell in the infographic
We have a fairly complicated product offering that helps the efficiency of underground horizontal directional drillers. Traditionally, if a driller wants to drill a certain diameter hole, they will bore with a rotational tool and bit that is hooked up to a larger rig (machine). then once the bore hole is made, they will attach a reamer tool and pull it rotating back through the same hole to widen it up. We have developed a tool that you don't have to detach and replace with tooling to bore out and ream back. The FastBack System is a tool that allows the driller to simply attach extra cutter wings to the existing tool that is already on and start reaming with those. It helps in tight spaces and increases productivity. The fastback system has some main components that need to be configured correctly. This Infographic is meant to show users how to correctly assemble their fastback system so that it works properly. It is fairly detailed in nature.
