turn my daughter into a cartoon character

What's your vision?
I'm looking for a character to be created for my future games based on my daughter who is 2 years old. She is chinese and english mixed though to me looks mostly western with chinese eyes. The character i'm looking for is to be drawn older, around 4-5 years of age, wearing some bright colourful summer clothes and smiling. Her pose should be something that would look fine on the screen for a long period of time e.g. hands not up in the air but expressing a bold and confident personality. I would also like extra mouth shapes for the various english word sounds so that i can swap them to animate her talking. I would also like alternate facial expressions: happy, neutral, thinking and surprised, plus an alternative dress design. I don't know how many would be required so its great if you can advise on this :) In terms of style, please see attached screenshot from the game "Tank Battles". I like the colour tones and shading style of the character in this but i am very open to other ideas - i'm mainly looking for something bright and happy that will appeal to a wide audience.
