I would like a stylized portrait of Cheyenne the dog.
UPDATE FOR FINALISTS
After speaking with my parents, here are the most important things to focus on:
1. Capture Cheyenne's look and personality. I've uploaded several more photos of her to help with this!
2. Please DO NOT continue on the Toulouse Lautrec poster style.
I've also uploaded a lot of pictures of the art already in my parents' house. As you can see, it's very very Southwestern. You DO NOT have to use this style, but consider it as inspiration.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
I was inspired to hold this contest because of this: https://99designs.com/illustrations…27/entries
-- What I love about these designs is that they give the animal so much personality and are also interesting works of art that you would be proud to hang on your wall.
Some of my parents' favorite artists/styles:
-- Posters by Toulouse Lautrec: https://www.google.com/search?q=tou…ec+posters
-- Rembrandt paintings: https://www.google.com/search?q=tou…+paintings
-- The Impressionists (especially Van Gogh): https://www.google.com/search?q=tou…essionists

Some facts about Cheyenne:
-- Her favorite things in the world are tennis balls. She loves playing fetch with them
-- She loves going for walks
-- She loves chasing bunnies and squirrels (and, when she has the chance, horses and sheep.)
-- Though it's hard to tell from the photos, she has no tail. This isn't a picture of her, but this is what her tail looks like: http://s19.photobucket.com/user/vot…l.jpg.html
-- She lives with my parents in Colorado. See photo attached.
