What's your vision?
We want an illustration for the following: Service A service comprised of an experienced sourcing team that drives and improves candidate engagement and qualification. • This is integrated with the client’s internal recruiting team. Specifically, we search for candidates on the market according to the clients open job roles and specifications and qualify for the positions we’re asked to fill. We then present these qualified candidates to the client’s internal recruiting team, where they typically reach out and proceed with next steps around interviewing, negotiations and extending offers. The roles we fill are typically for a client’s engineering, marketing and/or sales departments. Our clients range from start-ups to large corporations in hi-tech, life sciences and biotech. We want the diagram to show the following: (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED FILE) - how our candidate sourcing team fits into someone’s recruiting environment –- the hiring ecosystem of a company (client’s hiring process) - show the following stakeholders - our people/team; client hiring manager and their recruiting team; sea of candidates Flow: Step 1: our team/people ->conducting research on candidates and qualifying candidates / engagement (happening concurrently) Step 2: sent to hiring manager at client and their recruiting team --> client gets candidates through hiring process --> candidate sitting in seat (hired) at company Throughout these steps, our service provides analytics for leadership of client company, as well as ongoing analytics/feedback on the job search with client recruiting team ( issues, progress, market view, etc.)
Second illustration will be done via the 1-1 Project with the winning designer.
