Psychotherapy practice with 20 psychologists, 1 physician.
What's your vision?
My partners and I are looking for an illustrator to create custom images that we can use throughout a new website being created for our large psychotherapy practice. Our team is made up of 20 doctoral-level psychologists and 1 physician. Our current website is penbh.com. We would want many images, but most if not all could be very simple. I am attaching a draft of the landing page of our new website. We don’t like the stock photos. We do like the illustrations in the getting started section, particularly the first one. We like the second and third except the emotional tone is too sad. We want the emotional tone to have a little range but not too much - not be too bright and cheery, and not too distressed. The website homepage draft shows the content of the homepage and previews the content in the other pages. The color scheme of the website is not finalized, so you do not have to coordinate with it. Many illustrations will be of individual, group, couples, and family therapy, and in person and online therapy. We want the characters to be diverse in terms of age, gender, body type, sexual orientation, etc. I am attaching another image of people in therapy that is a bit of an example of what we are looking for, but the colors are a bit too bright, the spirit is a bit too campy, the bodies are too skinny,’ and there is not enough diversity in terms of age, race, body shape, etc. I am also attaching our logo, though the emotional tone of the logo might be too joyous for the website as a whole. In addition to illustrations of people in therapy, we might also want images of related themes, such as people on a journey, such as by hiking or mountain climbing; people meditating or doing yoga; or people engaging in other life activities reflecting successful therapy - giving presentations, parenting, studying, making art, etc. The full list of illustrations we seek is: Landing image: Rest of Homepage and services pages: 8 Images of 1:1 psychotherapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, etc. 3 thumbnail images for the ‘getting started’ section of the attached homepage draft. Maybe even an illustration recreating photos of our office. Or we could just use actual photos of our office. List of disorders: We will also have a list of about 20 disorders. It would be nice to have an illustration of each disorder, e.g. depression, anxiety, eating behaviors, relationship conflict, etc. It would be nice if this image could be the primary image for a page on the disorder and also shrunk down into a thumbnail linking to that page. Clinics: 1 image for each of 5 clinics with various specialties, e.g. trauma, family, women’s wellness, eating disorders, etc. We would likely want other illustrations of related themes, such as people on a journey, such as by hiking or mountain climbing; people meditating or doing yoga; or people engaging in other life activities reflecting successful therapy - giving presentations, parenting, studying, making art, etc. 99 designs has advised me to structure this contest to solicit single images from designers, then negotiate a 1:1 project for the remaining illustrations. We envision the total fees for the full project being in the $700 - $1000 range.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Illustration or graphics starts at $349.
