Mountain visualisation for a business PowerPoint presentation needed

FocusFirst is a management consulting company for corporates to support the successful acceleration of organisational-, project-, or transformation goals.

I need a good looking illustration for powerpoint. My goal is to present these slides in front of customers after we have done a "diagnosis" of their organisation or project. Theme: Mountain Slide 1) There are 6 areas I'm assessing and all areas will have a rating from 1 to 10 (where 10 is best). It must be possible to update the rating in PowerPoint on my own. I'd like to have a mountain visualisation as shown in the example. Goal is of course to get to a rating of 10 in all 6 areas. The most important part of the mountain is the "ONE Goal" accompanied with the Japanese Enzo Circle which can be also found in our logo. *** Update to the rating in all 6 areas: please find a creative way to integrate the rating (boxes, with blue lines) into the visualisation. It should not look too busy - but more integrated in a harmonious way *** Slide 2) Based on slide 1 I need a different visualisation than the current one. At the moment Slide 2 has a "Plant-Theme" - I would like to see a "Mountain-Theme" (but I don't have an idea how this could be visualised to convey - it requires one phase after the another to grow). Slide 3-5 These slides will then demonstrate in detail the work needed to do per phase to "close the gap" mentioned on slide 1.
