How cp Bandit started their illustration or graphics journey
Who are you known as?
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our product is recruiting software that helps recruiting orgs save time and money by helping them find great candidates faster. We also offer email automation tools, and ad retargeting to help them reach and retarget the best matches. Target audience is recruiters and sourcers, from individual contributors to VPs.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
- A DIAGRAM (current version attached—if you have an idea for a more compact/alternate way to present it, I'd love to see it!) to explain the key points of what we do, using the following points:
Dedup the resumes in your candidate database (ATS)
Enrich the resumes in your database with candidates' latest work
Automatch your resumes against your open jobs
Email your best qualified candidates for your open jobs,
Retarget your best-matched candidates via Facebook and Google ad
- CATEGORY ICONS (graphical but not too "cartoonish.") to represent the following categories:
Athletic shoes/apparel (ideally using a 3-stripe design as Adidas is one of our top customers and we have permission to use their logo)
Hotel and restaurant groups/hospitality
Mobile payment companies (ideally showing an iPad/iPhone with the plugged-in square-shaped scanner)
Media companies (newspaper, etc. Okay to use USA today name/logo)
TIME is of the essence here - we're on a tight deadline, so please feel free to reach out and run things by me/ask questions so we can move quickly!
We're looking for a cohesive look/feel for the graphical elements of our website, so if your diagram and category icons are what we're looking for, there's an additional project we'll sign you on for right away.
Overall, we're looking for clean, friendly (but not TOO cutesy or cartoonish.) Balancing technology with a personal, human touch in look and feel is key for us.
