Entertainment & The Arts
We create, plan and organize event details for class reunions (venues, DJs, Photographers etc.) We then use these events to raise awareness and money for issues related to helping homeless youth with housing and educational needs.
What's your vision?
I want a flyer that screams 90s culture... whatever that means. Trends might include Friends, coffee-shop culture, grunge, overalls, pagers, scrunchies, Saved by the Bell, 90210, X Games). The theme is the Legends of Rowland High School (RHS); so I wan the main central figure of the flyer to be something that makes us think legendary (like how the Oscar statue would stand out when photographed from below). I don't want an Oscar statue in the design, but you can imagine how iconic that might look on a flyer. The flyer will also need Save the Date, location of the event, and pricing information. The flyer should be designed to send via text message or FB messenger (specifically, not handed out). We will be sending flyer and then sending a website link to go register and pay for the event. The event will be June 27, 2020 at the House of Blues in Anaheim. The retail price of the event will be $150, and I need one version with it discounted down to $50 (like an early-bird special) and one version discounted to $75 (another early-bird special, but not as special).
I have included some "legendary" looking walk scene from the movie Armageddon and another picture like it. I have also included images of what some typical band posters looked like at the time. When bands would play a gig they would put up posters and pass them out. It might be fun to channel some of that spirit. I have also included two different versions of our logo (Nile's Smiles logo), and some legend-looking pics. All in all, I want great creative ideas, and at this time, I am not overly committed to each of the "creative" ideas that I have shared...I was just trying to include some ideas to help get the ball rolling. I appreciate all of your help.
