This is not a logo design, I need a one color design of a Kraken that I plan to word burn into a bar countertop.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
To be clear, the design goes on the countertop, the L shape of the bar, not the wall.
I would like to see the Kraken be the main design piece but with other pirate or shipwreck details thrown in for added detail.
I added a few pictures for inspiration but please make sure the Kraken is your focus, I don't want a recreation of one of these pictures. Also keep thinking simple is better.
Give me your best ideas for a Kraken, include anything you believe should be in the "seascape"
Here are a few more details:
Bar top is L shaped. 10 feet long in one direction, 8 feet 6 inches in the other. Bar top is 16 inches deep plus 3 inches for the bar rail. Pictures below illustrate the bar dimensions and examples of wood burning art. Use as much of that canvas as you need/want but I would enjoy seeing the design branching out in both directions. Include nautical themes if you like, boats, anchor, treasure chest, old divers helmet. But don't let the design get so complicated that it can't be transferred to the wood. there will be a lot of man hours that goes into burning this into the bar top. I envision thinking like a tattoo artist or a charcoal sketch to be a good approach with the canvas.
