We need a kick-ass Diversity & Inclusion graphic for our merchandise

Community & Non-Profit
We sell merchandise with a Diversity and Inclusion lens to support our magazine on chronic illness and disability. Our target audiences are people living with chronic illness or disability, and Diversity & Inclusion managers at companies.
What's your vision?
We're looking for some fresh graphic designs or illustrations with an inclusion message to place on various merchandise (tees, sweatshirts, bags, cellphone cases) in our shop. Right now we would like a graphic representation for the words "Inclusion Rebel". We have been playing around with two concepts (a raised fist) or one colored zebra or zebra print among standard zebra print. These are attached. We are not married to these two concepts and welcome a new way to represent the idea of an "Inclusion Rebel". Most designs in the diversity & inclusion community lack a real artistic edge and look very corporate. The reason we get so many sales from the diversity and inclusion departments from companies is that our designs stand out. Our merchandise is done through Print On Demand, which requires high-resolution, ready-to-print-on-garments files. We would need the designs to match our current aesthetic, which is clean, on the minimalist side, modern, bold and feels on trend. Current designs and general aesthetic can be seen on our store: shop.urevolution.com
This is a disability-friendly brand. Attention must be paid to ensure nothing we create offends the community and that the designs reflect disability culture respectfully.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Illustration or graphics starts at $349.
