What's your vision?
I'm looking for a fun, attractive infographic that provides some great stats on the importance of video in a business's online presence. The look and structure of the infographic is up to you - creativity is very welcome. However, if I had to get a little specific, I very much like the retro-style animated look that many infographics use. Here are some statistics, with their sources (which should feature, but not necessarily prominently) that can be used: 52% of consumers say that watching product videos makes them more confident in their online purchase decisions. When a video is information-intensive, 66% of consumers will watch the video two or more times. (Internet Retailer) Visitors who view product videos are 85% more likely to buy than visitors who do not. (Internet Retailer) Retail site visitors who view video stay two minutes longer on average than other site visitors. (Comscore) Blog posts that include video video attract 3 times as many inbound links as posts without video. (SEOmoz) Over the last two years, the U.S. mobile video audience increased 77%. (Business Insider) Inclusion of the word ‘video’ in the subject line of an email will boost click-through rates from 7-11% and emails that contained an embedded video achieved a 21% higher conversion rate. (Business 2 Insider) Video is 53 times more likely to appear than normal text content on the first page in Google’s search engine results. (Forrester Research) I've attached my new logo to the project as well so that it can be included. Usage of my colors is certainly welcome, but not required. If there's anything else you feel that would add to the effectiveness of the infographic, feel free to include or suggest it - again, creativity is very welcome.
I greatly appreciate all entries to my contest. I will do my best to respond and provide feedback as my schedule allows. Thanks again for participating.
