Hi there! We're excited to work with you! Here's the quick description of our company and what we do and the industry we play in. There's more in the brief, but here's the intro! Crux is a data operations and delivery company for the financial services industry. Today, data operations and delivery is expensive, time consuming and frustrating. But it doesn’t have to be. Crux helps financial services companies reliably process and onboard the data they need, when they need it, how they need it. This enables their teams to focus on high value, differentiated work. Our secure, cloud platform with expert services connects data users and suppliers so data can flow.

"Scalable Data Engineering" Please see the attached files which contain our brief, design style, and the sketch that we would like to have designed into the form of an infographic that can be utilized for landing pages or in advertising. For this sketch, we are trying to convey the concept of "scalable data engineering", there's no need to match the colors of the pipelines or hard hats in the sketch. However, we want to show that in the old process there are multiple engineers pulling many different data sets which is inefficient. In the new process, data is going through Crux and the data is delivered more efficiently so the same engineering resources can be much more productive and not doing the laborious work. Please note this sketch is a starting point, please use some creativity to ensure that these key concepts are shown. In the before state: - It's time consuming and a manual process which is not efficient. - It takes more resources (in terms of time and money) In the after state: - There is more efficiency - There is more scale because we save time and Crux helps take in more data (more than 3 pipelines and provides more output). - There is happiness

We are looking for talented graphic designers to work with across a number of projects and to help us scale our Crux style. We anticipate that we will have work on a weekly basis, and the designers that can work with and adapt to our style will find consistent work with us as we are a growing fintech startup.
