What's your vision?

an iconic t-rex cartoon which will be used in 2D animations (for animation style see attached example). Design input: 1) must look like t-rex (must look scary in certain animations) 2) must have facial (e.g. bulging eyes) characteristics of Rodney Dangerfield (see attached images) which could be used for comic effects 3) must have feather hair on head and neck (same areas as hair on horse's head and neck) 4) in short cartoons, the script is that he considers himself a ladies man but he is clumsy

“Mt Zion Kids” Homepage illustration
The main work of “Mt Zion Kids” is to organize activities for children. The request was to design an image to be placed at the top zone of their Homepage, to catch the attention of the viewers and also to represent what they do. Although they had a lot of photos of their activities, it was decided to create an illustration, in order to avoid showing pictures of real kids for safety reasons. The groups of children in the illustration show some of the activities that are developed in this place. My main objective was to give very happy face expressions to the characters, as well as a vibrant color scheme, to convey a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere. The process started by sketching each group of characters in paper. Then, they were all placed together in Adobe Illustrator, where the drawing was created with just black strokes. The final stage was entirely made in Photoshop, adding all the colors, lights, effects and the background landscape.

Act Normal
Low High Album Design 2017 _______ Brazilian punk band Low High sought imaginative, divergent packaging for their sophomore album "Act Normal." The compositions on the cover and inside booklet reflect themes discussed on the album including heartbreak, impatience, displacement and self-discovery. I wanted each collage to feel unsettling and unusual. My own handwriting is used all through the packaging to help humanize the design and soften its eccentricity.
