I am a holistic nutritionist. I teach, coach, motivate people how to live a healthier life, starting with the food choices they make daily, and work on stress, sleep, and exercise as well. My client is the person currently eating the standard american diet full of processed and fast foods. They are overweight, tired, have digestive issues, high blood pressure & cholesterol, and in general feel like crap. I teach healthy living 101.
What's your vision?
I need a visual to use in a newsletter article about making healthy choices and as a slide in a powerpoint presentation. I envision the visual showing 3 people figures. 1) diseased - not doing to great. maybe in hospital bed with IV's, 2) surviving - this person is making poor choices and feeling rather blah - poor digestion, over weight, eating fast/processed foods, taking prescription drugs etc., and 3) thriving - this person is living a healthy life style, they are happy, vibrant, full of energy, eating good food, manages stress, gets exercise - and just feels great. My clients are those in the middle - just surviving - and feeling like crap most of the time. They are ready for a change and want to be the thriving person but not sure how to bridge that gap and do the work to move into a thriving life. I want this to be fun, but serious...taking your health into your own hands and doing the hard work is ...hard work, and it pays off. I envision this character being a generic (he/she), and one that I can use throughout my teachings. Each version of the character will have all the habits that contribute to their state of being. Some links to ideas. I attached a very rough sketch of my version (as you can see I am not an artist). http://www.shutterstock.com/s/generic+human+body/search-illustrations.html?page=1&thumb_size=mosaic&inline=286438448 http://www.shutterstock.com/s/lifestyle/search-vectors.html?page=1&inline=245464081 http://www.shutterstock.com/s/lifestyle/search-vectors.html?page=1&inline=265949603 http://www.shutterstock.com/s/lifestyle/search-vectors.html?page=1&inline=265949603
