I have mocked up the 9 diagrams that need to be made up, which are all very similar. I suggest you provide designs for (Number 1 ) Draught effect and thermal bridging from evaporative cooling first and once we are all happy you can move that design across to the other 2 pages of 6 digrams. I have written summer on the diagrams, but I would like the diagrams to have a summer background with a sun and then winter to be cloudy in the diagrams.
The evap cooler and ducted heating system in the diagrams, I would like them to look generic and cartoony, but easily understood what they are, I'm not at all concerned about how pretty they might look. The arrows I want to look more like air or temperature in the air or a hybrid of the three? I want to try to show draft effect as well as thermal bridging from lack of insulation.
The cross and tick signifies that the diagram is operating efficient or inefficiently. You guys can come up with a better way to put a tick or a cross associated to the diagram.
All the individual diagrams need to be labelled with my Logo, red for heating and blue for cooling, I have also included a brochure which has a version of these diagrams which was done inhouse, some time ago. they look horrible but they are on a perspective, which may give you some ideas..
Its important that Thermal bridging through insulation is clearly showed, I have used a dodgy yellow thick line for insulation in the roof and under floor. Need that to look more obviously like insulation. Notice the breaks in insulation for the downlights and the evap cooling vent and duct work. Thats important for these diagrams...
I've also coloured the loft area of the roof with red or cold depending on the climate. I think that is useful also.
The Last image I provided you is thermal bridging in recessed lighting where here is no insulation for safety, it may give you ideas how to show it on the diagram.
