I am an author. I write Children's books. My audience is a range of 5 to 12 years of age
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I need an extraordinary design of a beautiful butterfly that is DIFFERENT from the usual ones. I chose you because of your human like illustrations with magnificent color selection....Very different but beautiful. I'm looki g for someone who thinks outside the box and can provide something different...
My character (butterfly) has a human like body(child) but wings that are big, bold, colorful and beautiful. The human part of the butterfly should be childlike (9 yo) having arms, torso, legs, hair, etc..but a face of innocence, long lashes, firefly eyes...resemble that of a sweet and adorable kid (female). This body should have huge wings attavhed that are colorful but different which makes her stand out from all other butterflies. I want her to be different as if her wings should be on an adult but she has them which makes her appear odd but beautiful....example tinkerbell if you look at different parts of her, she's odd but as whole she's beautiful and enchanting..."She has rainbow wings, firefly eyes, and a blinding light inside her mouth...Oh my what is that amazing thing...there a diamond inside her mouth!"...that's just few lines in the story.
This story is to teach kids about judging appearances and treat everyone the same regardless of how they look and/or act. My main character is a boy who loves to collect insects and daydream. One day while in his classroom he was looking out the window and this beautiful butterfly appeared and was singing. He is mesmerized by her beauty. As he continued to look he saw a sparkle coming from her mouth...only to discover it was a diamond. My butterfly saw him staring, became bashful and flew away. Of course he couldn't let her get away so he jumped up and ran from his class and went after her....loses her nj ut every day he looks for her....the twist in this story is the transformation...he has a friend that he finds annoying because she dresses odd and looks weird...that friend is this amazing butterfly that keeps transforming and appearing to get his attention and be his friend.
Bootome line is I want to see how creative you can be with little direction to showcase your design ability to think outside the box...and beyond the norm.
I need someone who is very creative and can move beyond their comfort zone to create extraordinary things that are different and somewhat quirky but beautiful.
