Design 2 mindfulness cards (front and back)

Our product is called "Wege zur Achtsamkeit" (= paths to mindfulness). This will be a set of 40 cards total (packed in a beautiful magnetic box, which still needs to be designed). We’re convinced that all the natural things are beautiful and that by practicing "Achtsamkeit" people will become more mindful of their body and surroundings again. So our goal is to educate about mindfulness and how it can be implemented in everyday life. By reading a card or doing the exercise on it we hope that it will make a lasting impact on people's lives. We hope that these cards will build self-awareness, calm the mind and maybe even make the world a little bit better. There will be different exercises like breathing techniques or the rich details of a visualization and how great one feels afterwards. There will also be cards that aim to build confidence and thus enhance the ability to make sound decisions on their own. ==Target audience== Everyone who’s interested in mindfulness. ==Sales platform== We will be selling this on amazon.de

This will be a set of 40 cards total (packed in a beautiful magnetic box). ==Card Specs== - Card dimensions: 87mm x 125mm - Surface finish: Smooth Matte Lamination - Card Stock: 350Gsm - Color Grade: CMYK - 1 design for the back of every card. - 2 different designs for the front. ==Design== Each card can be assigned to one or two of the following categories: - Neu beginnen (= beginner’s mind) - Körperbewusstsein ( = body awareness) - Liebe & Mitgefühl (= love & compassion) - Positive Affirmationen (= positive affirmation) - Einsichten entwickeln (= developing insights) - Meditation - Gleichgewicht schaffen (= creating balance) - Sinnesübung (= sensory exercise) - Atemübung (= breath exercise) - Visualisierung (= visualization) Each card should have tags, badges, background colors or whatever you think looks cool to indicate the categories. So there can be two different front designs: - Card with 1 category - Card with 2 categories The design of the front should have the same basic structure, but be varied and interesting due to the different categories. There’s only one design for the back side. ==Colors== We would like to utilize the brighter neon colors because they will help capture the attention of our customers as well as make for a positive experience. However we realize neon cannot be achieved in the CYMK range so we will leave the color pallet open to your artistic interpretation. Our overall goal is to capture our customer’s attention when scrolling through online listings. The design as well as the colors should attract all genders. ===So, what do we need from you?=== 2 cards designed: We will provide content that goes on each card and would like the AI file, so that we may edit any words grammar and lettering as well the categories later. So we would like to get the design - of the back side - of each front side type (1 or 2 categories) - of all listed categories Based on that we are able to create any combination of number of categories and type of categories. ==Card#1 with 1 category== Title: Die Spiegelübung Category: Neu beginnen Content: Ziel: Sich selbst begegnen als wäre es das erste Mal - Stelle dich vor einen Spiegel und lächle dich an. - Wie würdest du dich wahrnehmen, würdest du dir auf der Straße begegnen? - Was für einen Eindruck machst du auf dich? Wirkst du freundlich und mitfühlend oder eher abweisend, entspannt oder gestresst etc.? - Werde dir deiner positiven Eigenschaften bewusst und ändere all das, was du nicht an dir magst. Was kannst du tun, um dich besser zu fühlen, wenn etwas Negatives deinen Weg kreuzt? ==Card#2 with 2 categories== Title: Dankbarkeits-Meditation Category: Einsichten entwickeln / Meditation Content: Ziel: Dankbarkeit empfinden. - Schreibe dir nach dem Aufwachen oder vor dem Schlafengehen drei oder vier Dinge auf, für die du dankbar bist. - Nimm das Gefühl der Freude für einfache Dinge wie eine warme Decke, ein weiches Bett oder ein liebevolles Familienmitglied wahr. Finde jeden Tag etwas Neues, auf das du dich konzentrieren kannst. - Verbringe jeden Tag mindestens fünf Minuten damit, dich auf Dankbarkeit und Freude zu konzentrieren. Nimm wahr, wie gut du dich dabei fühlst. Umarme dich und lächle, während du dich auf den nächsten Tag vorbereitest und bevor du schlafen gehst.
