Great job as always with 3D rendering and motion graphics!

We are building a cutting edge children's museum that will feel more like a trip to Universal Studios or Disney Land than a museum. This is an indoor city role playing city with jobs of the future - lots of STEM, and all the basics too - fire station etc., but also an Orion Rocket simulator. Age ranges 4-14
This will be a real place- mostly 2 stories, 3 stories in some areas. Imagine an indoor mall with child size stores/buildings where kids learn and "work"... like if Disney were to build an indoor kid city-
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
"Photo realistic" indoor cityscape. (This does not have to be 3D, high quality illustration of the images I submitted would be great). I need concept imagery for the project proposal. We will need several different renderings (3-5) and if we can find the right artist who captures the concept really well we will work with you exclusively to produce our other pieces! I will attach an idea of what the inside will look like, but I need original renderings. This is a vibrant indoor children's city with Disney like detail. I'd like to incorporate something unique to Austin, perhaps the Frost Bank Tower (as this will be our kids city bank). I will attach photos. We will likely be retrofitting an old department store for this city. We want the streets to look real but they will mostly be used for walking and for parents to sit and watch / visit. We will have some kid sized functional vehicles (firetrucks, ambulance, god cart sized). I want to round out the ceiling of the space and put up vinyl sky graphics to give the kids the illusion of sky above them, similar to what many Vegas casinos do ;) thanks!
The indoor city featured in the photos are screen shots from a similar place in the UK. We are more education and STEM-based than they are and we are are non-profit. We will work with sponsors like Google, Chevron, Lockheed Martin, etc. One exhibit will feature Lockheed's Orion rocket (a kids simulated rocket launch exhibit)
