Precision Services

We do in home television and appliance repair.

There are three things a customer must do to be prepared for our technician to service their television or appliance when we arrive. There will be a wrong side and a right side of the image that will show the customer what to do before we arrive. We will be sending this image to customers the night before their appointment via SMS message.

1) If there TV is mounted to a wall, it needs to be unmounted and on the floor.

2) If a washer and dryer are stacked on top of each other, they will need to be unstacked before we arrive.
Wrong Side: Two washer/dryer units stacked on top of each other
Right Side: The same two washer dryer units, set side by side

3) If a refrigerator has ice buildup inside, then the unit needs to be unplugged from the wall (keep the door closed).
Wrong Side: Frosty or Fridge with Icicles Plugged Into Wall
Right Side: Normal Fridge Unplugged From Wall

I have attached a file that is our inspiration for this. How I imagined the image would be very flat icons with red X's for wrong and green checks for right. I would love to see what you think would work best as well. Can't wait to see what you come up with!
