Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The WISH Centre is a registered charity which provides self harm, sexual and domestic violence support and recovery for young people. This illustration work will be used for our Harrow Shield project which is a campaign run by WISH to stop physical and sexual abuse.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We would like an illustration for posters (A2 & A3 in size - portrait) which communicate the message of isolation, aloneness and desperation. Our particular focus for the first part of our campaign is sexual exploitation on social media so we would like this illustration to show how a young person can be (feel) tangled within their own social network.
Initially we had concepted an illustration with a girl's head and the background having a mass of things going on around her. The stuff around her would be inspired from our campaign film: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUAjRwgg9Nk and would all be tangled together. If social media logos and example messages can possibly be used in the piece that would be great.
Feel free to be creative and original with the visual presentation of our brief, but we would like some social media / sexual exploitation element to the piece.
