Our audience consists of managers & employees who want to find an alternative to the old-fashioned self-evaluation.They can be office managers, restaurant managers, hospital supervisors, and the employees can be programmers, waiters, and nurses.
What's your vision?
We offer contests where Employees Win a Prize for Completing a Challenge. Help us visually explain this idea. SUGGESTED STYLES Cartoonish and Modern SLOGAN:Contests designed to make your team more smarter and more effective.
ABOUT THE WEBSITE
Here’s how our website works: A company manager uses site to create a contest for an employee. The employee works with his team to complete numerous steps within a challenge. If he succeeds in achieving most of the steps in his challenge, the contestant wins a prize (a gift card). (No need to include the slogan) Here are some ideas on how you might visually pull together the slogan: IDEA 1 (The Team. Working Together to Achieve a Common Goal) -) You could show all of the people involved in the process (the manager, the employee (the contestant), and the coworkers. They'd be working together in some way to help the contestant win his challenge at work. They'd be using our app on a desktop computer. IDEA 2 (The Contestant Winning a Prize) -) If the employee wins a challenge, he wins a prize (a gift card of his own choosing). Maybe the employee is working hard, moving towards winning something cool and fun. IDEA 3 (Employee Learns Something New) -) Making small changes is a great way to learn something new and to make that behavior stick. This illustration could show how one person who has not mastered a particular task mastering something new. The difficulty is that our contestants can be a plumber, a clerk, a programmer, or even a manager.
