Create a fresh, eye-catching illustration of a laundromat add-on to a Petrol Filling Station

We are a hardware and software electronics design company. Our speciality is prepaid-utility timers that control any conceivable utility. Examples include: squash court lights, showers, sun beds, gaming centres, parking lot access, car wash stations, laundry equipment.

We want to open a chain of self-service laundromats coupled with petrol filling stations as an add-on to their convenience setup. The laundromat will be housed in a prefabricated building. We will use our prepaid-utility timer to control the washing machines.

We require an artist's impression of the laundromat on premises (at a petrol filling station), to illustrate our concept to potential partners and sponsors. We want to cover the entire building with creative laundry-related graphics. A side wall will be reserved for sponsor branding/advertising. We will be sourcing a washing powder brand as a sponsor. On the main front facing wall we want the name "Wash Box" or "Wash Cube" in large font.

So as to render the design generic, the petrol filling station can be in any colour or colour combinations, excluding the following :
Yellow & Red (Shell)
Green & Yellow (BP)
Blue & Red (Engen)
Dark Beige & Red (Caltex)

We have attached pics of BP & Shell filling stations. We like the elevation of the pics. The space can be expanded to allow for the inclusion of the Laundry building, which can be placed to the left or right of the convenience store. It can be placed at a bit of an angle so that the side-wall of the building is visible. This side wall can display a washing powder brand (keep fictional/generic). A Car wash can be added to the other side of the convenience store. We have attached a pic of what the prefabricated building will more or less look like. You can go ahead and get creative with the placement of the windows.The dimensions will be approx 4mx3m. The entrance will be on the shorter side-wall.
