We are an Oil and Gas company. Our target audience is our own employees. Our goal is to emphasize the environmental healthy and safety programs, policies and culture.

We would like a man in a hardhat with a beard. We would like to have the guy adorned with icicles in his heard and on his hardhat. We would also like to incorporate the date 02.21. If possible, we would like something subtle to reflect both Valentine's day and Presidents day.

Below is a very rough idea of what we would like. However, we do not want a bandana or words around the main image. We would also like to have the "C" of our logo incorporated.
