Builder Baer logo / CNC cutout design

We build custom products from woodworking, leather working, metalworking, crafts, and CNC customized products.

I have twin boys that I want to teach how to build and use all sorts of stuff including customized CNC projects. I am starting up a business for them and want a logo designed that includes two cartoonish looking bears holding tools in a circle with the words Builder Baer (Baer is correct spelling) around the circle. I would like to have one file with no color that could be cut out on a CNC plasma cutter and the other file would be the exact same design but have an 80s vibe to it with the orange red yellow kind of palette to it. I will be including a drawing that I did along with an example of an 80s style logo and the color palette that I would like used. I do welcome small changes to the designs but would like something that would easily be put into a CNC machine and can be printed or cut out easily.

I would like a vector graphic that could be cut out of steel with my CNC plasma cutter without pieces falling.
