scott.eidens got their new illustration or graphics by running a design contest:
Abstract artwork for a kid's journal!
Check out scott.eidens's Illustration or graphics contest…
Product is a kids 13 week journal, ages 7-12. It will have quotes, stories, and poems interspersed throughout the pages. We are in need of adding artwork (ideally an abstract design) to the pages that contain a quote. The quotes are inspirational and uplifting but are not religious. They are intended for kids.
What's your vision?
The book pages are 6X9, standard white color. The image has to be smaller than 6" across and would ideally take up about half the page. The colors of the image should be of the rainbow and match the colors of the front cover (see attached PDF highlighting what we want and what we do not want). We will position text over the image. Please be creative in the design of the image. They need to be abstract including lines, circles, geometric shapes, etc. There should be no adult themed imagery or text in the image.
The two images on the PDF that have blue stars next to them on the top left corner are some of our favorite images, so feel free to be creative along those lines.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Illustration or graphics starts at $349.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.

Mihaela was an absolute delight to work with! She took all of my ideas and presented several options to help my logo take shape. From there, we very quickly bounced feedback off of one another and narrowed down the designs. In the end, it was truly a difficult choice as I loved at least 4 of the final tweaks and would have been delighted to use any of them. I was extremely nervous to use this type of service, but Mihaela walked me through it with great communication and produced a logo and brand identity that I am so proud to share! Thank you, Mihaela. May you have good fortune and blessings. :)
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
