Pop’n Or Not? provides real-time information on local events & venues. It gives each place a rating based on real time user information so you know the best places to go around you at any given time. Our target market is mostly young adults age 20-29 who go out socially.

We'd like a new design for the real-time rating "meter" for our mobile application. This will be the meter design that will display in real-time between 0% - 100% how Pop'n an event is. Users will use this same rating scale/design to rate events themselves. The rating system design will also display near the right side of event listings and in the event detail screen within the mobile app. The rating system design should be easy to understand, preferably custom, relatable for our target audience, eye catching, and utilize the 0% - 100% scale. We're looking for a new custom idea for the rating meter or a fresh new take on the currently used thermometer style meter. Please don't replicate the currently used meter with minimal changes.

We are not looking for an icon but instead a graphic to be used on screens within the app itself. The design should fit within the color scheme and outline of the attached already designed screen images. Your design will replace the currently displayed thermometer style rating meter. Again, we're ideally looking for something new, innovative perhaps, and eye catching.
