Our mission is to simplify the complex by enabling anybody to create and implement standard operating procedures anytime, anywhere, on any device. We provide software as a service that automates creating complex and new operating procedures into standard operating procedures. Our solution aims to increase team efficiency, quality of output and uniformity of performance, while reducing miscommunication and failure to comply with both internal policies and external regulations. The solution includes a web app that is accessible on any connected device enabling teams to collaborate in real-time. For clients that want to be leaders in their industry while profiting from their unique standard operating procedures, they can be shared on our marketplace and sold to other customers on our platform.
What's your vision?
We need some awesome icons designed for our web app. The web app is software-as-a-service to manage and run operating procedures. The icons should be simple and intuitive. This contest is to create these 3 base icons: - template - template version - document The challenge is that standard icon libraries don't have a good icon for a template (aka document template). And it is important that we differentiate between a template and a document because they are the core functionality. Templates (operating procedures) are created first in our web app. Then to run an operating procedure, they create a document from the template and run it. Based on the action, then those three icons will be adjusted accordingly. We will use those 3 base icons to specific icons based on the user's action. This google sheet outlines how we will use the 3 base icons that need to be created. It also provides IMPORTANT notes that provide context about each of the icons. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ppYm3HTajAGibY4uJcnwK2D5iW2O36zW7GskZl9vNnw/edit?usp=sharing You can see the image on the homepage of operatingProcedures.com to see how templates are imported, made actionable, and then documents launched using the template. http://operatingprocedures.com/
The icons should be simple and intuitive. They should include outlines with filled coloring. Attached are is a color pallet for Keeni.Space and OperatingProcedures.com. You can use those colors along with other variations of those colors that match.
