IMM fabricates (bends, forms, welds steel) and then installs in the field large metal projects such as equipment for factories, steel for buildings and even complete machines such as conveyors for pollution control and other manufacturing facilities in the USA. Ultimately our work helps to do things like paint cars and clean water for french fry manufacturing.

We need 4 separate designs (like icons) each to evoke the emotion of our core values - see below. We have provided some images that convey the message we want, now we need you to give us 4 designs that work together but communicate each value separately too. In all we need 5 designs, one for each value and then a poster that brings them all together to be displayed in our office and factory. The backdrop to the poster should look like IMM images of metal construction (sort of "building America.".) The icons we would like drawn are: - Own it, Dont Condone - Atlas happily carrying the world on his holders - See Something, Say Something - A target suggesting detail, observation, hitting the right target, bulls eye. - Change is constant, winning is contagious - Butterfly because they go through change from Chrysalis to butterfly. - No assholes, only badasses - Rosy the Riveter strong female manufacturing worker Finally a poster bringing these all together with ALL the words associated with the value. (For example, No assholes, only badasses should also have "confidence not arrogance" and show grit, don't talk shit")

This is a woman owned business. See pictures of Libby with her team. So Rosey the Riveter image ("No assholes") could look like Libby! Libby also needs to wear costumes that represent your designs so keep them simple (so that they can also be printed in black and white)
