Design a mobile app icon and a logo for our "Expert In Your Pocket" app

This logo will be the app icon of an "ask the expert" program. The celebrity financial & legal advisor will be accepting personal questions over the mobile app and will send back personal answers.

The name of the mobile is called UzmanCepte in Turkish and the meaning is "Expert in Your Pocket". There will be a well known celebrity on the front and will be the face of the app but there will a team of experts in behind who will answer personal questions of regular people on the subjects such as Tax, Corporate Law, Mortgage, Social Security, etc. In order to utilize the fame of the celebrity (his face is well known by people from newspapers or TV) we are planning to use his face as the main character of the app icon. The logo for UzmanCepte will have a strong identity, its audience will be regular people who wants to be informed about financial, legal matters or pension fund, social security type topics.

Please try to make our celebrity author as much visible as possible for the mobile app icon. You can create a cartoon character out of the photo but not too distant from the original photo so the people can easily recognise that it is him. For the logo part his picture is not necessary.Below I am putting a good implementation sample for an app that is also relying on celebrity.
