Entertainment & The Arts
My company creates entertainment and technology focused on creativity - particularly visual storytelling but will expand to other areas like writing and music - and create our own entertainment content as well. We make mobile apps for creative users, desktop and mobile tools to help people create things, we create visual content for clients and we create our own content. Our target audience is: a. Clients - business or individuals who want us to create content, such as animation and design for them b. Professional users - e.g. visual effects professionals or companies who would like to use our tools and applications for professional creative purposes c. Non-professional end users of our apps - creative individuals of all ages (including children) who want to have fun and create things and share their creations.
What's your vision?
We need an app icon for an educational reading app, featuring a golden retriever or yellow lab (they look kind of the same). The users of this app are 3rd grade kids. Details: We have an iPad app that helps kids learn to read. Previously, our icon was of a book. But recently, we've decided we want a new icon that showcases the character of a dog that's in the game. We want him to look friendly and cute, but somewhat realistic. The game is realistic 3D graphics. An icon can be a bit stylized but not totally cartoony or anything. We also want to convey a vibe of fun and adventure. We don't have to really show anything about reading or education in the icon, since it might be too many things happening, and the important thing is the face of the dog. But of course if you have some idea of how to tie certain things into it, you can share. To us, simple is probably best.
attaching a few game screenshots. i can share more if you'd like.
