Create a sassy Iconset for a Real Estate Lead Generator!

What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We're developing a "lead generator" module for websites of real estate agencies. This component mainly consists of several multi-page forms (see example screens) on the frontend side. These forms are optimized for quickly selecting property categories and features etc. by simply clicking icons or text links or by using sliders for values etc. A visually appealing presentation is crucial for attracting the end customers targeted with the lead generator.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
For the lead generator frontend module, we need an individual set of 53 vector icons in a consistent style. Please note: Although 53 is the total number here, many of the icons are - more or less - just variations of other ones. Two examples: - We need three icons to symbolize plots, a basic/unspecific one as well as variations for corner plots and plots with a rectangular shape. That would be three very similar images only differenced by the shape of the base area element. - To visualize a property's condition, one common base symbol in four states would be possible, e.g. a kind of gauge or speedometer with four different needle positions. The icons should have a simple yet visually appealing, decently colored style (not too detailed, but also not overly simplified line images - see example - thanks to Taras Livyy/Fotolia!). We have NO preference for a specific perspective or base style (flat, isometric…). Please be creative! Here's the complete list of icons that have to be designed: Property Types and Variants: - detached single-family house - detached multi-family house - prefab/half-timbered house - semi-detached house - row house - middle unit - row house - end unit - combined residential and commercial building - one-story building (bungalow) [number of floors selection] - one-and-a-half-story building [number of floors selection] - two-story building (bungalow) [number of floors selection] - building with three or more stories [number of floors selection] - flat (general) - ground floor flat - apartment (floor 1 or upwards except attic floor) - attic flat - plot (general) - plot, fully developed (street, water, electricity) [development status selection] - plot, partly developed (street, but no water supply line or electricity) [development status selection] - plot, undeveloped [development status selection] - short-term buildable [development options selection] - partially buildable [development options selection] - not buildable [development options selection] - corner plot [shape selection] - rectangular plot [shape selection] - commercial building (general): combination of office and storage building - industrial facility / factory Features/Building Extensions: - fully basement [basement selection] - partly basement [basement selection] - single garage [parking options selection] - double garage [parking options selection] - carport [parking options selection] - outside car-parking space [parking options selection] - deep-level garage car-parking space [parking options selection] - garden - balcony - equipped kitchen, new - equipped kitchen, used - elevator - swimming pool - solar installation - fireplace - guest toilet Property Condition: The icons of this category can, but must NOT be implicitly real estate specific. Alternatively, a common base symbol in variations for the followings condition types would be a suitable solution (e.g. a gauge with different needle positions): - first occupancy/in mint condition - renovated/neat - in need of renovation/sanitation - run-down/demolition building General: - location (map marker or the like) - number of rooms (e.g. floor plan) - build year (e.g. calendar) - renovation/maintenance (e.g. paint roller, brush, tools…) Combination Symbols: Unified simple symbols for usage in combination with other icons. - dimensions/areas (e.g. ruler, folding meter stick) [example: used in combination with icon for number of rooms = icon for living area] - exclusion symbol [examples: NO equipped kitchen, NO car-parking space…] - miscellaneous (e.g. question mark or the like)
