We are looking to have an icon designed that can be used to represent the Benchmark brand across a wide variety of marketing and communications channels.  This icon should complement the current Benchmark logo (see attached documents below) rather than seek to redesign the logo/website. The ideal design will be minimalistic in nature with clean lines and crisp color. Think of the Apple "apple" as a reference point.  It should seek the complement the current design of our website and promotional materials. The letter "B" -- or letters "BRG" may be used together.  The letters "BM" should not be used. One version of the icon design could be used for "COMMERCIAL" purposes with an almost identical, yet slightly different, design used for "LUXURY" clients. The design should fit into a square, but does not need to be square in design. NOTE: Reference the AUX.jpg file attached to see how the Coast Guard racing stripe was used to create a square icon. We are open to this technique or something similar. The design should be able to be used across a variety of backgrounds including black, white, and green, and should work across both print and digital environments. Current versions of the Benchmark Realty Group logo are attached below. Keywords we would use to associate with the ideal design would be:  1) Style 2) Luxury 3) Elegance 4) Chic 5) Trust 6) Miami 7) Professional 8) Knowledgable 9) Service 10) Commerce **** NEW INSTRUCTIONS ADDED 13-NOV **** We have uploaded the document "BRG Icon Development" to help provide additional guidance as to how this icon may be used.  One of the key attributed we are seeking is for an icon that has one color scheme (perhaps black/red/grey) to be used for our commercial business, and a separate color scheme (perhaps grey/green/white/yellow) variation to be used for our luxury residential business.
