YouVOXX is a new messaging app (like WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger) that incorporates several new and unique messaging features. For example, YouVOXX is a voice-centric messaging solution – meaning the app is more focused on users sending audio / voice content instead of just text based chats. Actually, vox is Latin for voice - but adding the extra ‘x’ makes it way cooler… YouVOXX. Our target market is USA based consumers with Android smartphones who want a better voicemail experience.

Looking for a simple but bold app icon that is distinguishable from the many other messaging apps out there.

As an optional addition to the basic messaging app, YouVOXX also offers a mobile voicemail service for USA users via an in-app purchase. It replaces their mobile carrier voicemail service with a modern voicemail service that is tightly integrated into the messaging capabilities of YouVOXX. Since the in-app voicemail subscription is how we make money, most of our marketing will be around the voicemail capability. However, we don’t want the icon to be overly heavy on the voicemail angle because we want the plain messaging app to take off as well! Looking for a balanced touch here. WDYT?
