Who are you known as?
Dating While Heavily Meditated
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The ‘Dating while heavily meditated’ podcast is created and hosted by two single women living in LA with the intention to share how through dating, men have become their greatest spiritual teachers. The main message, told in a fun and witty tone is that by applying mindfulness and spirituality to move beyond dating dramas like being ghosted, catfished, stud up, lied and cheated one can grow and find authentic power.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
The project consists of developing a podcast cover art to display on podcast app stores. The title should convey through use of visuals and copy the intention of the podcast (dating + spirituality) in the tone described in the branding and messaging section. Designers who want to be competitive should be mindful of the iTunes best practices for podcast cover art: https://www.buzzsprout.com/blog/10-…st-artwork. Cover art must be in the JPEG or PNG file formats and in the RGB color space with a minimum size of 1400 x 1400 pixels and a maximum size of 3000 x 3000 pixels.
3. Target audience: Men and women between the ages of 30 and 55 who are single and in a journey of becoming their best self. The people in our target audience are seekers and practice meditation, prayer, read and listen to self help books and podcasts. They are also active users of online dating apps like Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc. They have an active lifestyle and are social minded.
4. Branding and message: The brand values that the ‘Dating while heavily meditated’ podcast should communicate in all its branding materials and copy include: modern, fun and grounded. Topics will be explored in a witty tone with sprinkles of wisdom communicated in practical, down to earth manner. The podcast host will have fun telling the stories and use colloquial language used in the online dating world of Tinder, Bumble, etc.
5. Competition: While there are podcasts that explore dating and spirituality topics, we have not found one that merges these two topics together. Dating only podcast ‘Dating Den’ sometimes mentions meditation in the conversation but does not tie it to dating.
