First I made an analysis of a statue with circles and used it as a base to crate the icon using network of circles. After that I have applied some mathematical and architectural background, using golden spiral, Fibonacci numbers, golden ratio. I also played a bit with it again, adding a second grid of circles.
The ending result is a beautiful logo concept which retains all rights to be called a simplistic line art, but with deep and complex background.")

The customer wanted a simple logo that works in both the smallest resolutions of 32x32 pixels as a favicon, but also in full-size glory. It was a great collaboration. The customer felt the same way and so he invited me to also redesign the logo for his parent company.")
