I'm 24 year old stock market investor from Washington, DC. I want to turn my blog website into financial wiki website featuring longer articles and more comprehensive information.

My target audience is mostly male, over 50, college educated, and a higher than normal net worth. The target market is stock market investors looking for great information. This market loves information and quick load times.

InvestorTrip.com is a global financial site focusing on the explanation of concepts to make better investors. The main concept is to become an authority site in the investing niche.

Design should come with 4 separate pages:

- Homepage

- Single Post

- Category

- Page

Important factors are:

- page speed

- usability

- look & feel

- security

- stickiness.

I want a clean simple header with the site logo , then underneath it is room for Call Us and place holder for our phone number. Also top level navigation should have drop down feature to show more content.

Also have Left Hand Navigation for the site categories. Single pages should have a h1 tag for headline as well.

NO Comments boxes or forms please. We don't support comments so no comment tags.

each h1 heading should have a visible page break like Wikipedia or eHow.com.

Our website has been seen in SeekingAlpha.com, TheStreet.com, Yahoo! Finance so please include this in the design

Keep the important stuff above the fold.
