I am a veteran of the financial markets. This new business is embarking on a journey to help Americans save their homes and businesses. We are opening locations in Phoenix, Honolulu, Chicago, and Atlanta. We are a christian based organization and we need all the help we can get to have the best branded website and internet exposure so we can reach out and help those in need. "MBK" stands for My Brothers Keeper.

Requirements
I want an elegant but robust site that has the option of 2 - 3 columns going across depending on the page.

The appearance, structure and content of the site should convey to the user that we are a national Loss Mitigation company comprised of separate operating divisions serving wholly distinct industries, but, that all of the divisions have common and/or related services (in different forms) which bind the divisions together.
We would like all entries to use and or modify the current logo that has been uploaded to suit your design. We want the logo font and integrated style to remain the same. You are welcome to lay it out differently.
The existing template at http://www.mbkrescue.com is way too plain but we do like the plug-ins that came with it and the page layouts, except for placement of the content, photos ,and video frames.
We are looking for a full redesign that brings in the human element and creates warmth. Clean, inviting and informative is the idea.
We will need a form well placed on the front page that will have the same fields as http://www.foreclosure-shield.com
