Create a vintage/hipster image for Fitness Facility Staff Shirts

We are a non for profit fitness facility located in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Co. We are inspired by the mountains, outdoors and adventure. The fitness facility has a natural hot spring on the property that locals and tourists enjoy all year. We are about to wrap up an 18 month long renovation project and are looking for a design that captures that feeling of rebirth and excitement for our fitness team. We have over 40 staff members who will be wearing these items as class instructors, management, fitness floor attendants, and aquatics department. We are open to a visual style, current logo is very dated and as the fitness director I would like to see the visual on these pieces modernize that logo by using aspects of it but not use that logo in a way that necessarily focus's on it.

These items are for our fitness staff and aquatics staff. These will be worn by instructors of yoga, barre, body pump, total body conditioning, attendants on the weight room floor and our life guards. The purpose is for members and quests to know that those wearing these items are part of the staff and would like for the design to highlight the "rebirth" of the facility and tie into the location in which we operate.

Incorporate aspects of the logo but not make it a main focus. Looking for a design that highlights all the best things of living in Steamboat with what we offer here at Old Town Hot Springs.
